Sirios Resources Inc. (TSX-V: SOI) is the leading gold explorer and developer in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Canada. Based in Québec, our main focus is on developing our flagship Cheechoo Project, which hosts a multi-million ounce gold system strategically located adjacent to Newmont’s Éléonore mine. The strategy for Cheechoo is three-fold: resource growth through exploration, advancing a large-scale open-pit development opportunity, and creating a platform for exploring our extensive portfolio of highly prospective gold assets in the region. Our mission is to lead gold exploration and development in Eeyou Istchee to create long-term value of shareholders by responsibly developing high-quality gold assets and fostering meaningful partnerships and economic activity with local and Indigenous communities. In February 2026, Sirios acquired OVI Mining. This strengthened the Company’s leadership expertise in capital markets and project advancement while complementing Sirios’ longstanding technical and exploration strengths developed from operating for more than three decades in Québec’s Eeyou Istchee James Bay region.
