A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations received in writing no later than four weeks prior to the event. Thereafter, no refunds or credit notes can be arranged. This cancellation policy also applies to downgrades. Refunds and credit notes will be based on the cancellation policy for downgraded delegate passes.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, media, partners, contractors and staff are expected to behave professionally and respectfully across the event, including conference sessions, exhibition areas, meetings, networking functions and digital platforms.
The Code of Conduct covers expected behaviour, harassment, inclusion, privacy, responsible networking, venue policies, reporting concerns and potential consequences for misconduct.
