This event provides an opportunity for students, early career, and industry professionals to network in a relaxed environment.

Last year we worked closely with Imperial College, Camborne and Dundee. For 2022 we are keen to widen the scope and welcome students from any place of Higher Education who have an interest in the mining industry as a potential future career.

Resourcing Tomorrow Next Gen Program for Students, Graduates & Future Leaders provides an opportunity for the industry's future workforce to network, learn and be inspired by leaders in mining, resources, and technology at Europe’s largest mining event. Participants will have the opportunity to create career opportunities and recognise where they can make their mark on such critical industries of the future.

The Next Gen program participants will have to opportunity to gain insights from over 250 thought leaders speaking within the conference program; meet over 400 companies in industry and connect with mining C-suite executives, human resources' managers, and key advocates for exploration, mining, sustainability, and engineering, to name a few.

We invite students, graduates, and young leaders to nominate yourself or a colleague to be in the running for:

30 successful applicants will receive a complimentary three-day all access delegate pass (29 November to 1 December 2022)  to attend Resourcing Tomorrow which includes access to the conference, exhibition, delegate networking functions
50 successful applicants will receive a complimentary one-day delegate pass to attend Resourcing Tomorrow on 1 December 2022 which includes access to the conference, exhibition, and delegate networking reception.
