The NextGen Leaders Programme opens the door to all of it, connecting the future workforce directly with the people hiring for it.
NextGen Leaders puts students and recent graduates in the room with senior mining professionals. Through exclusive networking and direct industry engagement, we close the gap between studying the sector and working in it.
The NextGen Leaders Pass is open to undergraduates enrolled full-time at a recognised university in the UK or Europe. Recent graduates (as of July 2026) can apply too, provided they are not in full-time employment. A valid university email address is required to apply.
