At Beacon Events, we are dedicated to fostering the connection between industry and the future workforce.

We recognise the significance of encouraging the next generation to actively engage with the mining and resources sector throughout their educational and skills training journey. Our NextGen Leaders Networking Session is designed to inspire our future workforce, facilitate career pathways, and promote talent retention within the mining and resources sector.

Resourcing Tomorrow invites full time students or recent graduates to apply for the NextGen Leaders Networking Session. The aim of the session is for the next generation of leaders to connect with industry professionals, build their network, learn about a range of mining careers, and engage in insightful industry discussions.

Returning in 2024, the NextGen Leaders Networking Session will bring together potential employers and students to meet in a dedicated networking session. This is a perfect opportunity to connect directly with the industry and gain insights on job opportunities.

We are currently accepting applications for our NextGen Leaders Networking Session. If you are an undergraduate student, or part of a graduate program in the mining sector, apply for your free-to-attend NextGen Leaders Pass here.

In 2024, Nextgen @Resourcing Tomorrow will feature:
