Eligibility criteria:

To qualify for a Government Pass, you must currently hold a position of employment within a government department, agency or ministry. Consultants, contractors and external advisers are not eligible. Please note that all applications are subject to review and approval.

Investor pass

Eligibility criteria:

Investor Passes are reserved for individuals whose primary role involves the direct deployment of capital into the natural resources, energy or technology sectors.

Applicants must hold a genuine buy-side investment role, have authority to influence or make investment decisions, represent a defined investment mandate, and be actively deploying capital.

All applications are individually assessed. Meeting the category descriptions below does not automatically guarantee approval. Final eligibility is determined at the discretion of the organiser based on the applicant's role, investment activity and relevance to the event.

Eligible categories may include:

• Asset and investment managers
• Private equity and venture capital firms
• Hedge funds and mutual funds
• Pension funds and sovereign wealth funds
• Validated family offices
• Qualified private investors and HNWIs
• State-owned investment entities
• Corporate development or M&A teams within mining companies valued above USD$500 million, subject to approval

Applicants are not eligible if they operate mining or energy assets, provide products or services to the industry, work in investment banking, broking, corporate finance or consultancy, primarily provide debt or project finance, or act as an intermediary or family office service provider. Commodity traders, equity analysts and other borderline investment roles will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved Investors are expected to participate in a minimum of five pre-arranged meetings with mining or energy companies. Failure to meet this requirement may affect eligibility for complimentary investor passes at future events.

Downstream pass

Eligibility criteria:

The Downstream Guest Passes are reserved for professionals who source minerals or metals and want to secure their supply chains by establishing relationships with mining companies. This includes, but is not limited to, companies in the following industries: Telecommunications, Chemical, Automotive, Transportation, Defence, Space, Electronics, Energy & Utilities

To qualify, you must be involved in purchasing or supply chain management. Eligible job titles include Procurement Manager, Head of Supply Chain, Chief Sustainability Officer, and similar roles.

Your pass includes access to the following:

Mining guest pass

Eligibility criteria:

Mining Guest Passes are available exclusively for senior decision-makers at mining and energy companies with a market cap of USD $500m or above. Eligible professionals are those responsible for purchasing new technology, sourcing suppliers in ESG, consultancy, or legal, driving operational excellence, leading corporate development or M&A initiatives, and overseeing government and regulatory relations.

Qualified job titles include, but are not limited to:

• M&A and Corporate Development (e.g. Head of M&A, Corporate Development)
• Technology and Equipment Procurement (e.g. Chief Technology Officer)
• Human Resources and Hiring (e.g. Head of HR, People)
• Legal (e.g. General Counsel)
• ESG and Sustainability (e.g. Head of ESG, Head of Sustainability)
• Government Relations (e.g. Head of Government Relations)

Due to the popularity of this scheme, we limit it to 3 per company.

Approved Mining Guests are required to attend meetings with Resourcing Tomorrow Sponsors & Exhibitors.

Once approved, the Mining Guest Pass provides access to the 3-day conference and exhibition, meeting platform, catering, and networking functions.

Media pass

Eligibility criteria:

Media Passes are strictly reserved for members of accredited media outlets – print, radio, TV, film, news agencies and online media. Only those responsible for producing, broadcasting, writing, recording or creating content will be qualified to receive a pass, such as an editor, journalist, producer, anchor etc.

NextGen Leaders (student) pass

Eligibility criteria:

Open to undergraduate students enrolled full-time in a recognised academic program in the UK or Europe (proof of enrollment required). Recent graduates (as of July) may apply, but must not hold full-time employment. Applicants must have a valid university email address.
