Alicia has a Bachelor of Economics from Universidad del Pacífico (Lima, Peru), Master of Laws (LLM) in Mining Law and Policy (Dundee, Scotland) and Technical knowledge acquired through work experience.
Alicia is based in Denver, Colorado, US.
