With a background in heritage and European labor law, I started my European journey as Chief Policy Advisor to the Vice Chair of the European Parliament’s Environment Committee. I played a decisive role in shaping the EU’s sustainability agenda, laying the groundwork for the European Green Deal and authoring key legislation on supply chains, biofuels, and land rights.

Beyond policy, I regularly speak, moderate, and convene panels at international conferences, bridging the gap between global decision-makers and those most affected by extractive industries. Whether it’s pushing for tighter due diligence laws, improving community consent frameworks, or exposing the hidden costs of mining, I'm invested in ensuring a globally just transition for all. 

I am a Special Advisor to the Global Council for Responsible Transition Minerals, a member of the Advisory Committee for the Institute for Foreign Policy's Global Just Transition Project, and a member of the Steering Committee for the European Raw Materials Coalition.
