Fabiana is Senior Director of Impact, Innovation and Credibility for the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), the largest industry association in the electronics sector with almost 500 members from all stages of the supply chain.

Apart from setting-up the first RMI Investor Network, she is leading the RMI’s scope expansion to support all members on their responsible sourcing practices of minerals for the green transition. Fabiana has over 15 years of experience in guiding companies and governments through the intricate landscape of responsible business regulations and the ever-evolving geopolitical supply chain risks, including the context of the green transition and the related investment decision impact. Her expertise extends to the dynamic realm of AI and cutting-edge technologies, harnessed to provide latest, on-the-ground information. Through her broad network of contacts in the expert-, business-, and investment-communities she enabled numerous important exchanges to provide deep understanding and incite an effective pursuit of sustainable and ethical business goals.
