Francesco Gattiglio is Vice President External Affairs, Europe at Albemarle, a global specialty chemicals company with leading positions in lithium, bromine and refining catalysts.
He joined Albemarle in 2022. Before joining Albemarle, he worked as Director EU Affairs & Policy at EUROBAT, the Association of European Automotive and Industrial Battery Manufacturers, since 2014. At Albemarle, he follows the EU legislation on sustainability, due diligence, decarbonisation and electrification of transports. He has a background in International Relations (University of Florence) and International Political Economy (University of Warwick).
