Helen Amos joined BMO in 2025 as Managing Director and Commodities Analyst, as part of the Metals and Mining Commodities team in Equity Research, based in London.
Prior to BMO, Helen served as a Commodities Strategist at Morgan Stanley and before that, Helen was Macro and Commodity Research Lead at Anglo American. She began her career at CRU as an Analyst specialising in Steelmaking Raw Materials and has a BA and MEng from the University of Cambridge.
