Lamé Verre is an award-winning Energy Executive and the Head of Strategy, Innovation, and Sustainability across the customer businesses in the UK and Ireland at a FTSE 100 company and a Fellow of the Energy Institute (FEI) in the UK. She is also the Co-founder of Lean In Equity & Sustainability (LiNES), an independent global gender diversity and inclusion social impact organisation.

Lamé currently sits on the World Economic Forum - Global Future Council for Energy Transition and on the Board of Equitable Origin (EO) - a New York-based non-profit that partners with businesses, communities and government to support the transparent, equitable, and sustainable development of energy and natural resources. 

With over two decades of working across the Energy Industry value chain in several geographies, Lamé has deep industry expertise and a strong network. Lamé is regularly invited to speak at major industry conferences across various thought leadership topics.

Lamé Verre has an MBA from Imperial College Business School; a post-graduate certificate in Corporate Finance from the London Business School; a Master in Energy, Environmental Management and Economics from the Eni Corporate University; and a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin, Nigeria. She also completed the Oxford Saïd Business School Women in Leadership Executive Program and recently the Warwick Business School Post-graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation.
