Sally Norcross-Webb

Sally’s background: mining and corporate finance lawyer (London/Sydney). She worked in a number of mining and natural resources projects in Cornwall and then founded Cornish Tin, which started exploration drilling in 2022.

With Sally’s leadership as CEO of Cornish Tin, the Company has made globally significant discoveries of both high grade tin and hard rock lithium in Cornwall.

Winner of the Discovery of the Year Award at Resourcing Tomorrow London 2024.

Mineral rights areas now cover 14% of Cornwall.

Tin: The Great Wheal Vor, a group of 26 former producing tin and copper mines.  Known in its day as the richest tin mine in the world by grade, it produced 45,000 tonnes of tin metal from the Vor main lode alone. So far, Cornish Tin has discovered 28 new tin targets with grades peaking at 6.28% Sn, including a new mineralised zone potentially 3 times the size of the historic workings.

Lithium: an extensive new hardock lithium field in the rare G5 granite underlying Cornish Tin’s Tregonning project areas. In 2024, grades peaking at >1.4% Li20 discovered in aplite-pegmatite sheets at Tregonning North. The Company is now drilling its new extension area Tregonning South, with similar sheets discovered but bigger widths. Assays from Q1 2026.
