Dividing his time between Toronto and London, Shea brings significant industry expertise - particularly in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions, and has deep connections within the global metals and mining sector. He regularly assists clients in structuring and executing transactions worldwide, with a particular emphasis on the UK, Australia, West Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
