He started his career in Equity Research (Industrial Minerals & Precious Metals) with GMP Securities in London, and prior to joining Dassault Systemes, has spent a few years in Management Consulting (Energy, Utilities & Mining) with Booz & Company in Dubai. He has earned his Bachelor in Mining Engineering at McGill University, before pursuing a Master of Science at Imperial College to specialize in Metals & Energy Finance.

Wael has embraced different cultures - originally Lebanese, he grew up in Cote d'Ivoire and Benin before relocating to Canada and the UK to pursue his studies & career. He is actually based in Dubai, and his current role takes him all over the world. In his free time, Wael enjoys pushing his boundaries – he has competed internationally in Show Jumping and has earned his black belt in Taekwondo.
