    • Criteria: Resourcing Tomorrow is seeking nominations for the most outstanding company leader of the past 12 months. The Resourcing Tomorrow CEO of the Year Award, recognises standout value creation in the period between 1 October 2022 and 30 September 2023. We'll assess the extent of a company's enterprise value shift in the qualifying period, but also consider a range of external and internal factors that may have figured in the value shift, including changes in commodity prices, significant sector and/or market specific changes, currency movements, and other macro (economic/political, exploration success, and corporate changes, M&A, etc). We will also examine factors such as the overall relative quality of company senior management teams, and the base from which a company's value has changed.
