The Resourcing Tomorrow CEO of the Year Award, recognises standout value creation in the period between 1 October 2022 and 30 September 2023. We'll assess the extent of a company's enterprise value shift in the qualifying period, but also consider a range of external and internal factors that may have figured in the value shift, including changes in commodity prices, significant sector and/or market specific changes, currency movements, and other macro (economic/political, exploration success, and corporate changes, M&A, etc). We will also examine factors such as the overall relative quality of company senior management teams, and the base from which a company's value has changed. We are inviting you to nominate (and yes, you can nominate yourself).
