In December 2024, following commissioning and production, Peninsula Energy Limited will be a fully independent, low-cost producer of dry yellowcake. Peninsula Energy’s 100% owned 58.0 million pounds (Mlbs) U3O8 (JORC (2012)) Lance Project in Wyoming, USA is a world-class, scalable uranium production asset and one of the largest known US uranium In Situ Recovery (ISR) projects, with excellent resource and exploration growth upside. 
 
Lance has an initial mine life of 10 years and a 5,000 GPM uranium ISR plant on site with steady-state production of 1.8Mlbs U3O8 per year. Life of Mine project revenue is projected at US$988M, with an IRR (Real) of 26.2% and a payback period of 3.5 years from August 2025. 
 
Based on past exploration results and proposed exploration programs, Peninsula Energy has defined an Exploration Target of 104 – 163Mlbs eU3O8. Yellowcake product sales can generate organic cash funding for further exploration and development drilling at both the Kendrick and Barber Production Areas, as well as the nearby, high-grade uranium, Dagger Project.
 
Situated only 20km North-East of the Lance Project facilities, the Dagger Project boasts JORC (2012) Inferred Resources of 6.9Mlbs U3O8 at an average grade of 1,037ppm, over twice the grade of U3O8 compared to Lance. Dagger provides a high-grade uranium resource, with the opportunity to extend the Lance project life through a Satellite In-Situ operation.
